Add forms on posts and pages
Copy and paste shortcode: WordPress shortcodes are simple references to your forms (like
[gan-form id="123"]
) that you can copy and paste into pages or posts. Each shortcode connects to a specific form you've created. To find the shortcode for your form, navigate to 'Get a Newsletter > Forms' and look for the "Shortcode" column in your forms table.
Open a post or page: Go to your WordPress admin area. Click on "Posts" or "Pages" and choose the post or page where you want to add a form.
Edit the post or page: Click on the post or page title to open it in the Classic Editor.
Insert shortcode: Place your cursor where you want the form to appear and paste the shortcode for your form.
Save or publish your changes: Click the "Update" button if you're editing an existing post or page, or "Publish" if it's a new one, to save your changes.

Open widgets section: Go to your WordPress admin area. Click on "Appearance" and then select "Widgets" to open the Widgets editing screen.
Choose widget area: Find the widget area where you want to add your form. This could be a sidebar, footer, or any other widget-ready area.
Add a new widget: Look for the "Get a Newsletter" widget in the list of available widgets. Drag and drop it into your chosen widget area.
Configure the widget: Once the widget is in place, select the form you want to display from the widget's settings. You can often customise the title and other display options.
Adjust the design: If the widget settings allow, adjust the colors and display properties to match your site's style.
